Porto was great! Easy to walk and friendly people. We used the hop on hop off bus system and saw parts of the city that were away from downtown. We also did a nighttime bus ride to see the city atWeiterlesen
We took a bus from Santiago to Porto today, about a 4-hour ride. Checked in to our little studio, then walked around downtown Porto.

Spent the day sightseeing around Lisbon. Visted the Tower of Belem, the monument to the discoveries, another food market, a church, and the castle.

Traveled to Seville via plane. Up at 230 am to catch a 630 am flight. It's made the day a long one.
We are renting a car to take day trips and then drive to Valencia in a few days.

Today, we took a day trip to Cadiz, about 1.5 hours out of Seville. It was foggy early, but the clouds gave way to the sun. Cadiz is a coastal city, and with the sun out, people hit the beach. BeingWeiterlesen
Today's trip took us to Cordoba. It's east of Seville and has moorish styling like Seville. We had a little car tire issue that took some time to correct, so we lost some sightseeing time today.Weiterlesen
Today, we drove to Sentenil on our way to Ronda. Sentenil is a cool little town with parts built either into the side of the rock wall or on top of it. We wandered through the white washed buildings.Weiterlesen

ReisenderTerri, it did for the most part. In Muxia, we put our feet in the ocean just as the rain hit, soaked us before we could get back to the bus. The sun came out again as we headed ...go figure.
