A night in the cold

Kim from Visit Wilderness built this new hut "Pluto" two years ago on a hill (217 m) just 10 minutes by foot from the camp. In one go Kim also marked two new hiking trails leading up this hill. Franziska wishes to spend a night here in the cold and, yes, how could I resist such a request?? Nothing better than that! We have a private evening at a small bonfire, with a glass of red wine and jump into our sleeping bags shortly after midnight. Franziska combines her rather thin synthetic bag with my thin down bag while I use my other thick down sleeping bag. We both spend a cosy, warm night at around -5 °C.
