Arrival at Wadi Lahami
18 maggio 2025, Egitto ☀️ 33 °C
After a six or so hour drive, we arrived at our first "scuba safari camp." After a nap and dinner, we learned the coast guard closed the Red Sea to diving the next three days due to weather (mostly winds). Articles indicate that these closures are happening more frequently now following multiple incidents. Fingers crossed, we may be able to dive in close to the resort.Leggi altro

First day at Wadi Lahami

We were able to dive this morning. Hoping it continues. Realized our lacksidasic packing left a few things behind this time. Next trip, maybe we work from checklists? Nothing crucial.

ViaggiatoreOh well. Checklists are good only if you remember to look at them (I didn’t remember for this weekend!)
