Checked out this winery with the club and did the wine tastings and wood fired pizza.
Unfortunately for me the wines did not impress me, but maybe just my personal taste buds.
The home estate of Qld’s most famous Premier and his family. Sir Joh & Lady Flo Bjelke-Petersen developed the massive estate over the decades prior to him entering politics.

On Sunday some of us made our way to the beautiful lavender farm just outside of Kingaroy and wow, it was stunning. The fragrances were so overwhelming you just wanted to sit down and relax.

Made our way up to the lookout at Mt Wooroolin for a Birds Eye view of Kingaroy. Not very high but still gave a good understanding of the area.
After our last day at Kingaroy we packed up and headed south. After breakfast in Dalby we arrived to our next destination for our first night stopover.

You just can’t go past the wild and hilarious Aussie humour. We are the greatest country in the world to laugh at ourselves. Just crack a dopey one and watch people smile.
Some of the silo art works are just amazing to see, the amount of work that must’ve gone into doing them and the amount of time it must’ve taken, incredible.
