After a nice walk through La Juderia (Jewish quarter), the owner of Meson Anyfer told us to come back at 1:30pm for lunch. We decided to try some escargots next door. Miam! Miam!
Beautiful Zuheros

To get to Zuheros, we rode on a Via Verde: great path through well maintained olive orchards. Zuheros is one of the most beautiful village in Spain.

Finding the best biking route is always a challenge. The best advice are usually from locals who ride bikes. The trail (sendero) from Luque to Priego de Cordoba was perfect!

Sundays in Spain are very quiet: all stores are closed, most touristy sites shut down early and many restaurants are closed.
Nice to know that 40 yrs after Linda and I travelled there, that Spain has retained their closed on Sundays tradition! [Melanie]

A fun and touristy hike from Ardales to El Chorro. Make reservations in advance! If we had known, we would have worn our biking helmets.
