Hike and ride to Gandia

Before leaving Alcoi, we decided to hike to Barranco del Cint: very rewarding!
To get to Gandia, we rode the Via Verde del Serpis (El tren de los Ingleses).
Last day of our Vuelta: Valencia

Final stage: 80 kms to Valencia! Looking forward to riding along La Albufera, a huge lagoon of fresh water where rice is grown. It’s also a great place for birdwatching.

The Rio Turia’s former course in the middle of Valencia is a beautiful green park (9 kms long) where people walk, ride and play. Bike lanes are everywhere and very busy (a lot of speedy scooters).Read more

During our walk today, we explored the new part of Valencia with amazing futuristic buildings. Not to be missed!!!
