100 Skies without You

So I knew this would happen somewhere but today we passed the border from Asturia province into Galacia and I managed to get lost twice although an angel did come along to get me back on the path the first time - the second time I climbed a really step path for about 800 m so I was pretty grumpy by the time I got back on the path. Also there was nothing open so I ended up doing the whole 20 km with breakfast or anything to eat.

fortunately for the last piece of the walk I met Antonio an Electrician from somewhere that sounds like Mallorca in Spain. I was fantasizing about my Caliente Sjokalade which he shouted me when I arrived.

At this stage I was at cold and tired of waking in the road and not wanting a 30 km repeat tomorrow so I booked a room in Lugo and called a taxi. On the way I partly fell asleep and started feeling really worried about how long the ride was taking, it turns out I skipped 2 days walking not one. I was worried the taxi was going to be over a 100 Euros but it was just 65 which was a relief, still as much as it will cost me to fly from London to Sofia but hey the hour shower and bed felt heavenly and I'm booked for a foot massage tomorrow morning at 9.
