We had a shorter day of driving so that we could stay in a nice resort hotel at the beach. It is a lovely contrast to where we stayed a couple nights ago!

Also, someone was staying at this resort who had armed guards. Friendly armed guards, thank goodness.

Viajante All of the food just looks so amazing. Does all of it have cilantro? Or are you finding some of it without? I can't imagine I will ever find myself traveling in India but if I ever did I would absolutely eat dang near everything I could because everything you're describing looks and sounds delicious. It's just that pesky cilantro allergy... 😝
Viajante Every once in a while I taste cilantro, but not always. We’ve now moved into an area where there is more naan, and it’s thin. I’m so interested to see how food might change a bit as we progress
