Montebello Island 2023

🙂 We've had a beautiful last week of holiday in Shark Bay, 3 glass off days westside of Heirisson Prong with Ma & Pa, John & Gail, a little chilly but Ted got his long awaited fresh feed of Mullet. Sadly it's time for us to step off boat...we taking it slow to minimise reality shock...sailed in Mon, demob Tue, clean Wed & off bike fishing yesterday. After 3 mths living on water we reflected on what we learned (+&-). We enjoy the minimalist lifestyle; we don't need much (saved $$ on holiday); can manage our rubbish better (1 bag/mth); can reduce food waste (make salad/veg last 6 wk); don't need but definitely miss a LONG hot shower; should check a mirror every now & then (ideally before going ashore); there is such a thing as too much fish (tuna) and we really miss the special people in our lives (you guys). Thank you for joining us on the adventure, we have loved being able to keep in touch and cant wait to catch up in person soon. As we both return to work on Monday this is sadly...THE END xxxxxxもっと詳しく
