Yellowstone is hands down the most beautiful place I have ever been so far. Lots of adventures. Geysers, hot springs, canyons & waterfalls. We saw black bears and bouncy cubs and our van got charged by three Bison at once. Great timesЧитать далее

Finally here. Happy mother's day to me.
FYI. ..we found out thus morning that our ferry onto Kodiak island has been canceled and rescheduled for May 24th. This is AFTER the rest of the staff arrive and 8 days later than planned. Please pray we can figure out the best thing to do. Another great adventure.Читать далее

Not much up here...but they have a Starbucks across the street from the hotel.

We found a great little camp ground for tonight. It was just what our family needed. We spent time together hiking around, watching beaver, cooking dinner and watching the sunset. Keith and I stayed up to see the northern lights. We saw a bit around 11:20. At midnight the sun had not yet set.Читать далее

Canadian Rockies in the morning

This morning was beautiful. We saw 10 black bears, one grizzly, one bull moose, lots of caribou and bighorn sheep. We stopped at Lake Mungo to enjoy the Vista and try out the boys' new sling shots.

We took a gas/stretch break at the signpost Forrest and found some interesting stuff. The big excavating machines are the originals used to build the ALCAN highway.
