We found a nice village aire in Gron on the edge of a park and a nice little town.
We are working our way north. The weather is starting to turn my autumnal

We stayed next to the Mairie in the town which had recently suffered terrible flooding affecting residences and businesses which had only just reopened after a clean up operation.

Clermont is a beautiful town North of Paris.
The town is built on a hill surmounted by a 14th century keep.
It has numerous historic buildings, the earliest dating back to the 12th century which we Czytaj więcej

We are staying by the site of a Roman Theatre where excavations were carried out continuously between 1956 and 1986.
We mostly had the place to ourselves for the day and night, it was very peaceful!
