France, Spring 2024 Reiziger

Niska loves the beach, rolling and running around like a mad dog.

The beaches are massive around here with miles of sand and crystal clear water

It was quite breezy, and there were a lot of kite surfers around

Looking back to Wissant sea front promenade from the beach

Wissant church dates back to the 15th century

Simple but elegant Mairie stands near the church

Today is our last full day on holiday before we return to Blighty tomorrow. We continued our drive dipping into Belgium then following the coast as near as we could towards Calais. We are spending our last night where we spent our first night; in Wissant a lovely little seaside town about 15 minutes away from the Channel Tunnel (but feels a million miles away!). We love Wissant, so does Niska, she went nuts on the beach!
