It's night time and I'm not even tired! We can see some very very big planes. The airport is like a shopping centre. We're all very excited to be going to France! Aunt Lurleen is helping us have fun.

The market was very busy. Mum was excited to go shopping! We saw some interesting things including snails and horse meat and giant cheeses. It was all so colourful! I liked it.

We visited a very old place where dukes of Uzes have been for hundreds of years. The building started about 900 years ago, that's old!! There is still a duke but he's a real estate agent living inWeiterlesen

I bought Nannie a flower for 1 euro. I said "je veux acheter" then "merci, au revoir." Cool! We also saw lots of yummy cheeses, terrines, hams, pâté and salad to go with our baguettes.

Medieval garden and Tower of the King

The garden wasn't exciting for me but I liked climbing the tower. It was a prison tower with very very thick walks. There was graffiti from mediaeval times! Amazing... Mostly religious graffiti. HopeWeiterlesen

Joanne WittigBarb and Doug I'm so sorry to hear your mum is in hospital! What a huge worry for you all. I hope she wakes up soon and improves quickly. We will be thinking of her and sending giant get well wishes her way! It's nice to see you are still getting out and enjoying what sounds like Nutella land!! Heather & I have read about Nannie being really ill, but getting better now, which is GOOD news. Way over the other side of the world, in Melbourne is where we are still, and a bit jealous that you're all (mostly) having fun in Uzes. A LONG time ago I learned French at school, and I can still speak a bit m- but when I do, and french people babble back to me in French, I'm not very good at understanding them!
