Tuy Hòa - surprise food

I had to start going back towards Saigon at some point, so today's drive got me as far as Tuy Hòa (~390 km), another beach town. What appealed to me the most there, were the seafood restaurants on a busy road parallel to the beach. Unfortunately, this was one of the places, where almost no one spoke English, and my phone connection was too dodgy to get the menu translated.
