Well I never, when they say Western Australia is the biggest state! My god it’s the biggest state, I didn’t think we were ever going to leave.
Thinking about it , we’ve been here since crossing the boarder from NT on Sept 24th 2024 via Lake Argyle - Kununurra that’s a grand total of 228 days exploring WA and what an adventure it has been.
Some of the most beautiful coastal line, best beaches we’ve ever experienced in the world, places that test your patience to the limit with fly’s and heat. Landscape that will forever be in one’s memory’s as “one” of the most spectacular one has ever seen.
The diversity is incredible, from National Parks, Marine Parks, Nature Reserves, Ranges, desserts , beaches, city’s , townships, roadhouses, it has it all and more and of course the famous Nullarbor passage, it would take a life time just to explore this state. I’ve swam with Dolphins ,Manta Rays, Turtle’s , Fresh Water Croc’s , Sea lions , dived with nurse sharks( Great white’s coming soon in SA ) the things we’ve seen and experienced ,sunsets, sunrises , flown over the Kimberly’s , the list goes on...we have been so blessed and so proud we choose this journey.
Traveling this particular state really hit hard how amazing this country is, it’s incredible, it’s like being in numerous countries but it’s being slowly driven in a dark direction , like a lot of other Western countries, lots of rules, fines, electric cars and when I say lots of?
It’s hard not to be put off by the over reach ,compliance implemented by councils, the state grubberment.
Since the McGowan days during the planademic it’s quite disturbing and disappointing to see how many people /businesses comfortably complied. I’ve spoken to people here and they say they were proud they locked other states out, proud the economy boomed while other states had locked downs, they were happy being told not to leave the state , they choose to comply, supported segregation and never pushed back because they didn’t need to, they had a choice? They just choose to roll over, a prison without no walls.
Don’t get me wrong it’s not just WA it’s just so more apparent here that people were either duped into complying, plain stupid or freighted into submission with the possibility of losing what they had worked for.
Further down South put Labour last is everywhere yet here we are with Labour back in control.
I remember in 2007 standing in a room in Thailand, seeing the news that Gordon Brown (Labour) had got in making a path for Tony Blair to become PM and saying to Paul “the UK is f…ked” that was back in 2007 by 2011 we had left the country and look at the UK now! Australia if you don’t take notice of immigrants stories of their countries being driven into communism submission, war, poverty and corruption, running from their birth place their experiences, you are in for a painful future and a country with no future or freedom , people with no freedom of speech, human values, you , your family, grandchildren with have nothing and the stories of that once lucky country will be forgotten.
You can never reason with Tyranny, everyone needs to stop rolling over to these dictators and grow some stones ,we need to find a way forward , people to lead us , selected by us before we lose control, freedom of speech in this incredible “huge” county.
The amount of electric vehicles here in WA is insane, why? Insensitive, tax relief, eco friendly, being green? Don’t even get me started on that subject!Leggi altro
