TravelerFeet are the part of me holding up the best - calf muscles and shoulders are the two areas that are unhappy. Gets better each day though. Those rocky areas the first days were very treacherous - one guy slipped and broke a wrist - and a woman fell and broke her collar bone. The right shoes and walking poles help navigate those areas more safely - some people don’t have them.
