Opeyland Hotel and The Grand Ole Opry

We were hot. We were tired. We were grumpy. The Opryland Hotel wiped all of that away...

We went to the hotel purely by accident. We wanted to see The Grand Ole Opry. We drove to the parking lot and walked through a large opening in an impressive brick wall where others were headed. Turns out, we missed The Opry by 100 yards or so.

We walked by the event center and found ourselves near the hotel. We were hot and deflated. On a whim, I said we should at least walk into the hotel lobby. We had heard it was nice. Boy, is than an understatement!

It is massive inside! It is a little like a Disney park and a bio dome mixed together. It is amazing. The theme this summer is Alice in Wonderland.

We walked around, had lunch and throughly enjoyed ourselves. It rejuvenated us!

On the way out, we did find The Grand Ole Opry, just around the corner. It was a great stop! 😊Baca lagi
