    Well, we are very happy with the start. An easy check in, on board so quickly. Check in at our muster station, view the safety video, then check out the bar. A couple of the barmen we've met before......a few drinks with our new Canadian friends, back to the cabin to unpack, and happy with the new style bathroom. So far, so good.Read more

    Well, it's almost summer here....so the 10degrees day was a bit of a shock!
    The town is a real step back in time. So many beautiful old buildings and the ruins of old churches make the day here one where you're constantly taking photos of things that catch your eye.Read more

    Lots of interesting buildings on the hillside1Wow. Who would build right at the edge of the cliff? This was the view from our cabinAmazing, sturdy, solid, large buildings.Those Nordic people were impressive! This in the Nordic MuseumEverything so orderly! The size of the buildings, the height, all so close to each other.Looking for the knight...Many options to travel around using the waterwaysNear the museum of modern art. Extraordinary statues. You weren't allowed to get to close.Walking over the bridge...a golden crown for a photo opportunityReflections... Are three brains really any better?The royal guards .... Occasionally they leave their guard boxes, walk down the ramp and back againBoth guards looked so young. They interacted with people when questions were asked of themImpressive doorway of the palace.This lion was massive!The marathon runners.     Our day in Stockholm

    We walked to a ferry, and sailed to the start of a long walk! Again, mostly cobblestone, so hard underfoot. We were very impressed with the architecture.
    There are so many museums! Some dedicated to the history of the waterways, the ships and transport previously available, right through to modern art! The Adidas marathon was on today, so that was a bonus, although some of the buses and ubers had to change route when transporting ships passengers. It didn't affect our plans, we just ambled through the day.

    Ah, when you leave your phone on the ship, you have to rely on others for photos. Another great day looking at buildings and statues that just don't exist in our Australian world...
    And back on the ship we indulged in the Brazilian style meal. It's well don't, and another chance to indulge in eating and drinking until you can hardly move afterwards!😄Read more

    What a wonderful place to visit. Different architecture again, lots and lots of walking as it's quite flat. We wandered through the town...wide streets with bicycle lanes and footpaths to keep things orderly. We looked at lighthouses, rode on a tractor bus to see the spot where the two seas meet and thoroughly enjoyed the day. Stopped at a restaurant called Jakobs, because we needed to take photos for the grandson!Read more

    Prague...amazing, picturesque city. Wonderful historical buildings, easily walkable streets, amazing statues. What a fabulous history they have. Lots of eateries focussing on many different cuisines... And so many beers!Read more
