There hasn’t been any snow at home, but we ran into some in the Siskyous of southern Oregon - Northern CA. The roads were clear though, so we got to enjoy the view.

ПутешественникLos Olivos in Old Town Scottsdale. It’s been there forever. It’s funny, in WA it’s hard to get bad teriyaki and in AZ it’s hard to get bad Mexican food. Rachel’s mom, who is Cuban and was married to a Mexican describes WA Mesmerizing can door is tasteless, spiceless tortillas with yellow cheese melted on it. I thought that described it well.

ПутешественникI assume you mean Crawfish. Yes, I learned how to cook them so the spice ends up in the crawfish. Same principle with shrimp. After they cooked, he left them in the broth for half an hour. With shrimp he said to soak them but dump a lot of ice in to stop the cooking. I didn’t get to try it but I will when we get home.

ПутешественникIt was a really cool story of the two friends who started it. They went looking for financial partners. The two partners that joined the venture are the ‘two fools’. It was a fun place. A little bit of Dublin in the desert.
