I am always amazed. We have so many hygiene rules in Europe and all food is packed x times. In the supermarkets there are hardly any differences to Europe, but the markets are completely different.
It is always worthwhile to visit one in a foreign country. Sometimes it takes a good stomach or a bad nose to endure the smells. But nowhere is life as authentic as in a market.Read more
