We arrive super late in Ios.

And we can't leave the boat. The skipper needs a coffee and a cigarette before we can storm the supermarket.
There are some things you don't even need to be able to understand.

We buy the menu for the next 2 days in the supermarket. The girls were active and made shopping lists in the afternoon. In the end, we see nothing of the island.

There are wonderful restaurants right by the harbor and I'm happy: aperitif time.

Dinner is not far from the harbor, unspectacular. Our hunger is so great that our expectations are getting lower😂.

How often have I walked past these boats in harbors? I watched the people on it.
I try to imagine what it would be like....
So this evening I'm sitting on one of these boats and watching the hustle and bustle of the harbor from the other side. And it's very similar to camping. Instead of campers or tents, the boats are lined up close together. And the neighbors say hello, wash clothes and feed the harbor cats.Baca selengkapnya
