Walmer Castle and Gardens

In the middle, between Dover castle and Leeds castle, we had a look to this original coastal fortification build in the 16th century. Starting in the 18th century it was used as residence and is known for their garden nowerdays. The duke of Wellington (he defeated Napoleon in Waterloo) died here in 1852.Read more
