Torquay, the birthplace of Agatha Christie, was our homebase for the next 3 days. The city slogan is "The heart of the English Riviera" which creates some expectations we did not find during these days. But we enjoyed the small things on the way like minigolf.
A nice experience was Jakobs first drive in a ferris wheel and looking over the harbour from the top. Here we spotted also the Little Pearl - Maybe it is the little sister of the Black Pearl from captain Jack Sparrow? You never know...Read more
