    A great day exploring Clifton Downs Suspension Bridge and tracing family history in Shirehampton Bristol . Nanna Ewin( Victoria may Britt ) lived with her family in "Myrtle Cottage" Hung road Shirehampton in her twenties . Grandad Ewin met her there on his leave from world war 1 in France . THe cottage is gone but you can still walk along the banks of the Avon river behind where the cottage would have been . There is a communty garden called "Myrtyle Hall "which is a local commuity of garden plots nearbye.
    Victoria worked at the Clifton Fry's chocolate factory in 1918 whe she met Hilton . We found a plaque in the main city of Bristol marking the spot where the factory stood from 1726 until 1935...
