Day 1 Puente la Reina

Well it was supposed to be a 24km day that turned into 30...still not sure what happened but I guess I got thrown into the water on day 1, sink or swim.
After the up and down of Alto de Perdon I took an alternate route (didn't realize it was 6km more) to that odd 8 sided church. Sadly it was locked but still worth it. After that, the route took me on muddy cattle paths. Of course my pants are muddy to the knees, ah well I really did enjoy my day. Finally checked in at 4pm.
