Treausure Rock Inn

So I'm cruising around the streets of sagada and I see this set of steps and a beater old sign. I wasn't sure if they went anywhere or what. I worked my way up the steps and slippery roots. Along a little foot path.. past the man with his ox and found this sweet little hostel with the sweetest little inn keeper. I made some small talk and asked if could take some pictures from the deck. She said yes and asked if I wanted some coffee. Came out with coffee and bread with chocoduo spread. Refused to accept any amount of payment, chatted with me for like an hour and graciously answered all my stupid questions about her country and her people. Lesson learned? Take that little path you're interested in. Even if you're not sure where it will take you.
