Almost Doolin cave

Having quickly moved on from throngs of people and queues at the cliffs of Moher, we got excited about visiting Doolin Cave and headed there.

As we approached the cave we noticed the donkeys (which Oscar is obsessed with at the moment) and everyone awww'd at them 😊

When we eventually got ourselves appropriately dressed and shoed for the cave and headed in the excitement grew. It was a guided tour and looked awesome!! 😁

...then we were told that the next available tour was 1.5hrs away 😳 everyone went very quiet. You could feel the disappointment of everyone and we kind of all just walked away in our own thoughts.

It had been a funny day.

Oscar then said... Can I at least go and say goodbye to the donkeys?
