Rice Whiskey

While in Tho Ha we visited a husband and wife team that is responsible for the rice whiskey production in the village. Very simple operation where they cook rice, ferment it, then distill it, very much like bourbon. It was really delicious. Initial burn, with a sweet aftertaste.
