    As we leave Hue today, we took a short dragon boat ride down the Perfume River to the Phuoc Duyen Tower, a beautiful compound showcasing Vietnamese Buddhist culture and bronze casting expertise. With its towering structure adorned in intricate carvings and vibrant colors, the tower exudes an air of elegance and spirituality. Built in the late 19th century, it stands as a tranquil sanctuary where Buddhist devotees come to offer prayers and pay homage to revered Buddhist figures. The tower's historical significance lies in its preservation of traditional Vietnamese Buddhist practices and its status as a revered place of worship. Another fantastic display of bonsai gardens, I could have spent the entire day admiring the trees and green spaces. Had to add the last picture, lots of little touristy snacks right at the bus, enjoyed the Vietnamese slant on our American snack food.Baca selengkapnya
