Day 4-7 was the perfect mix of chilling, drinking coffee and the ocasional sight-seeing adventure.
I got a lavender oat latte every chance I got. We walked over the Golden Gate Bridge and further to Sausalito and passed Alcatraz on the ferry back to SF. We had delicious chinese food at Mission Chinese, went to Ocean Beach (it was crazy windy) and saw Conchas Mural (first row in the middle). Grandma Concha is Selinas „relative“ who is letting us stay in her house. She‘s 90 years old and is wise as f*ck. Listening to her stories was not only interesting but also super inspiring. She had a great impact on the latin community in SF, thus the mural.
We are now off to Mexico-City. I can‘t wait for the rich flavours, vibrant colours and profound culture we‘ll experience there.Read more
