Cooking class at La Plantation

Apparently Kampot pepper is famous (who knew!). We went to La Plantation, run by a French couple, for a cooking class and tour. We had a tour of the local wet market before cooking three traditional dishes for lunch; they were probably the best food we had in Cambodia. My job was to make coconut milk from grated coconut, it was rather therapeutic.
