New Zealand

We have arrived in NZ; after a mere 12 hours in the air and across several time zones. For a capital, Auckland seems quaint, especially after the madness of Bangkok. The roads are quiet and the building are low rise. I went out to stretch my legs and strolled down the main shopping street (small!) and down to the harbour. The harbour reminded me of St Katherine's Dock in that it is surrounded by fancy restaurants, although the water is much bluer.Leia mais
