Docked beside the city of Messina this morning which was virtually entirely rebuilt after their 1908 earthquake. It's still a beautiful city with interesting history.

Livorno is about 45 minutes from Pisa by bus. We headed off after breakfast and joined the ever present crowd at the famous leaning tower.
