Danube River Viking Cruise

This evening’s concert performance of the Strauss Capelle Vienna orchestra was led by Alma Deutscher. Alma was born in 2005. She is a composer, pianist, violinist & conductor. Playing piano when she was two, the violin at 3. She composed her first full piano sonata at 6, at 7 a mini opera. At 9 she wrote a concerto for piano and orchestra. Her first full length opera, Cinderella, was performed in Israel when she was 10. Four notes were drawn at random during her show and she improvised a short piece around those 4 notes.
