Dinner Time

Dinner time South of the Equator:

Erik: shrimp cocktail, pork posole, manicotti, apple pie and chocolate melting cake

Me: tuna tartare, shrimp cocktail, manicotti, Thai salad, matcha cake, and chocolate melting cake

Every day, I want less and less food... Yet, come dinner time I feel the urge to eat because I do not want to miss out on trying something. Shameful.

The manicotti tonight was okay. I make way better manicotti. The Thai salad was unbelievable! The matcha cake was gross and the chocolate melting cake was delectable with the peanut butter and some milk to wash it down.

The children had their chicken nuggets with their coloring books. It's so hard to travel with kids 😆 really though, the parentals didn't like any of the food on the menu so they opted for the kids menu.Read more
