We had an absolutely stunning boat ride around Trang An, the weather was still a bit rainy which added to the atmosphere - plus we were very happy to not have the sun beating down on us for hours!

This was a shooting location for Kong Skull Island, and it looked every bit a film set. We went early morning and barely saw any other tourists, when this is usually packed out with boats.

I had a surreal experience stood outside one of the temples, looking out over the magnificent landscape, when one of the Vietnamese rowers phone rang - with the old Nokia ringtone. It was like being in one of old cinema 'turn off your mobile phone' adverts!Read more
