    Imperial Citadel, Hanoi, Vietnam

    The Imperial citadel site was huge, with so many levels of history. Within the musuem we looked at archaeological remains of sculptures and pottery, then ambled around ancient buildings, and finally stepped down into bunkers used during the Vietnam War. A truly fascinating place, that has been the setting for many important events within Vietnam’s history.Read more
