La Plantation, Kampot, Cambodia

A fantastic tour of a pepper plantation, taught us all about the different peppers they grow and variations in colour. We got to do a tasting afterwards, and omg the spice blends were amazing 😍

We had a lovely meal afterwards, enjoying food with the locally grown peppers and had ice cream to finish - with pepper obviously! Vanilla ice cream with red kampot pepper, and lime sorbet with red kampot pepper.
