Gardens by the Bay, Singapore

These gardens were STUNNING. We could have spent all day wandering around here, if it wasn't for the heat/humidity and the fact we had plenty more of Singapore to see.

We both had high expectations for Garden Rhapsody, the light and music show in the evening, and it exceeded them completely as a unique and surreal experience.

I thought the trees wouldn't look as good in the daylight, but boy was I wrong - they looked amazing and in keeping with the surroundings. The whole park was fantastic, and we got to see monitor lizards and birds enjoying it too. A wonderfully calm and beautiful place you could spend hours.Read more
