The gold detailing on Osaka Castle really set it apart from the other castles we have seen, although it had been modernised with lifts being put in it etc still looked traditional.

It was however too busy for us to think about entering, so we enjoyed wandering around in the sunshine and walked through the surrounding gardens.Read more
