Staglieno Cimitero Monumentale, Genoa

A stunning beautiful cemetery just outside the centre of Genoa. It was HUGE as well, and with the weather still hot and insects starting to descend we couldn't explore all of it unfortunately.

As we wandered around each statue or monument seemed to be competing with the previous to be more artistic, or elegant, or thought provoking - which has resulted in a beautiful area.Leggi altro
