Cité de Carcassonne, France

We visited the castle area numerous times during our visit, and loved wandering around the small streets exploring the town. We went into the castle area too, and walked along the rampants - just when we thought views couldn't get any better this proved us wrong!

The castle was straight out of a fairytale, or an popular board game, and it truly lived up to expectations in the best kinda way. It was most magical for me with the setting sun lighting up the stone to a fairy red on our last day...Baca lagi
