    Sesimbra

    Excited and energetic we wait for the boat that will take us to the dolphins in front of the portuguese coastline, in the west of Sesimbra. The driver is a nice native and almost immediately finds us a dolphin pot. But they are sleeping after a good breakfast, so we head of as soon as they are too many boats around the pot. Eventually we are lucky and find around 30 very active dolphins, which swim along, sometimes even jumping out of the water. Additionally, we are alone, because we drove down the coast for about 10 minutes until we almost were at Cabo Espichel.
    After a good swim we finish by seeing some caves and driving back to Sesimbra along the coast.    Read more

    One month of lisbon... One half of my days I spent in a classroom learning how to write in portuguese, but the other half I had time to enjoy lisbon not even counting the weekends. So I tried to experience as much of lisbon as I could. I had the opportunity to get to know lisbon from a completely different perspective, as I spent my everyday life here and saw places that I otherwise wouldn't even have know of. By far the biggest difference to Germany is that I could get a good coffee not only in the subway station of marquês de pombal (in the subway for good sake) but anywhere you went, really. I fell in love with the portuguese lifestyle and will absolutely miss Portugal.Read more

    Quad Bike Tour

    A very exciting quad bike tour along the beach from Flecheiras to Mundaú. We drove the quad ourselves, which made it a 1000 times more fun. A nice sunset on top of the dunes and after getting back to the hotel a less refreshing, but more warm jump into a what felt like a heated pool (by the sun). The last three nights, we stayed at my grandfather’s apartment and now we decided to stay at the hotel.Read more

    Kitesurf Guajiru

    The day after the passeio do leste I did the passeio do oeste with Felipe, Fernando and Thiago. Put 4 young men that have incredible chemistry on a buggy to do a trip that lasts a whole day and well... you are going to have one hell of a trip.Read more

    Jericoacoara... I intended to stay one night and left today after arriving on Monday, 12th of september days. The party city with style and places to relax during the day at the same time. If there is a city to meet nice party people from all over brazil it is in this little city. I think this were my best 10 days of the trip so far, I met so many nice people that already invited me to their respective cities and had some of the best experiences of my live with this group. I say that a lot: "best days of my live". That is because it so often is difficult to say wether I had had a better experience before. This is no different, except I certainly hadn't had any experience like it so far.Read more

    So far my favourite of the big brazilian cities. While not near any sea, Beagá impresses with a beautiful, relaxed and green city that has a lot of nice, calm parks and a nice nightlife.
    The stadium is of course also very good

    Ouro Preto

    Nice little town from the epoch when brazil still was a portuguese colony. Interesting to see the good, but mainly the bad from those times. The first independency revolution started here and there is a nice museum with it’s history. Though very touristic Ouro Preto gains back his charm due to it’s the university.Read more
