Well day two now and all going very well. I had a four hour session yesterday and look a fright (and that’s being kind) but very pleased and no pain to speak of but I am being diligent with my medication regimen. We are loving our accommodation. It’s called the Lutyens Bungalows. Quite a small family run place initially built for the English government workers. Very authentic and aircon. I also have a resident lizard who is helpful. One great assist I would also like to have is a wee chap whose job includes walking around with smouldering herbs with lots of pungent smoke who wards off the mozzies. There are also two dogs a golden retriever called maple and a lab called mocha. Plus three cats. They have free roam around the whole compound which is like an oasis in central Delhi. Likely will try the pool this pm.
It’s been surreal to see the chaos on the roads. Constant beeping of car horns but no road rage and 3-4 on a scooter.
I’m doing my best to maintain BMI. was able to shovel delicious dahl rice and bean curry down.
Yesterday I had one extraction two implants and two root canals. Today I’ve had the root canals rebooted in someway and tonight I come back for more but have no idea what. It’s so advanced. They take lots of instant radiology (not sure if scan or xray) with the results immediately up on big screen to accurately assess progress.
As you can see from the photo things can only get better. Xx

A blast to the senses. Loving our faded grandeur hotel. The 90 minute drive from airport was overwhelmingly stimulating. Torrential rain after thunderstorm. Beautifully different architecture but very unlikely to be at earthquake standardRead more

Amazing drive. Up into Himalayan foothills. Might get to see second largest mountain to Everest from my bedroom window. Such a magic location. Three hours drive from Bogdagra up 6000m. The drive was death defying in places n ok t that I saw much with eyes shut. Too far down to see both from when I did. Very excited to be here. My room is about the size of my house and a first for me in a four poster . And check out the loo paper holderRead more
