    Big Jake only opens Friday and Saturday and Sunday. He smokes brisket and chicken and ribs and his aunt's homemade sausage in his smoker. He uses kiawe wood for a distinct flavor. And there is only so much smoked each day. Once it's sold out that's it! So we managed to get a nice combo pack of brisket and ribs and chicken thighs.
