..circadian rhythms reset

...because...the journey was long enough already...without the now normal easyJet delay...arrived at 03.00...that's around 7 hours after I usually go to bed..hence yesterday was only a 10k walk...to suss out Alanya...will provide some history of the place on my next post...but am close enough to Taurus Mountains for some hiking ..from FridayBaca lagi
