Pavia is a city South of Milan.. and served as the capital of the Kingdom of the Lombards.. some impressive Romanesque and Gothic buildings.. I arrived here late.. and left early.. as this was only a stop on the way over to the Adriatic for me.. but managed an hour stroll before I left.. Albert Einstein lived here.Read more
