Day 27 - Hoi An

Vietnamese cooking day....
Up for early breakfast and then taxi in to Hoi An.
After a welcome drink we explore the main market - veg, fruit, herbs, meat, and souvenirs! And finally fish (and crabs) by the riverside.

Then on to the boat to travel up river to the Red Bridge cooking school.

Quick lap of the herb garden, and then in to cooking zone. Great combo of watching, listening and trying ourselves!

Spring rolls, noodles, salad and chicken hotpot.

Then in to the restaurant to eat what we had created ( with a little extra from the chef)

Stop in the restaurant pool for Dad, Betsy and Dylan. Then all with more sunbathing time back at Zest.

Off to An Bang beach for a fun evening at Soul Kitchen (https://maps.app.goo.gl/CX9V6u6ZCTSvuVcn9) with good music, card games and good food ( and a cocktail or two)Leer más
