I feel awful for the staff at SYD

The staff did their best job but they were severely understaffed. I've never waited in a queue this long before. I had to queue up for AC just to drop off bags. All other flights had contactless drop off for ppl who'd checked in online. And then the staff checked passports and tickets all over again instead of bagging...they didn't even need to tag. Then came the miles long line up for the security screening and then the security check. Those people need a raise.Leer más
