Heidelberg

We visited the Heildelberg Castle today. Weather was perfectly cool with wonderful smells of flowers. The size of the castle was astonishing, makes you realize what people can do with limited tools.

The walk back down to the old town was through a neighborhood of cobblestone streets. We stopped to look at handmade postcards lying on a window sill. There was a small bowl where you could leave .20 euros and take a postcard. While looking at the postcards a nice lady opened the window and introduced herself and her young daughter who helps make the cards.
